STC Vice President P. Sean Garney recently commented to Heavy Duty Trucking on the important takeaways from the recent FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse results. Garney pointed out that the percentage of drivers who returned to the industry after a related violation is consistently improving with 14% of those declared ineligible at the end of 2020 having returned to the wheel of their trucks.
