STC President Dave Osiecki’s predictions about the future of IRT were recently mentioned in a Heavy Duty Trucking article. The article discusses many of FMCSA’s ongoing projects and includes Osiecki’s comments in relation to FMCSA Deputy Administrator Wiley Deck’s admission that the current projected IRT model makes it difficult to accurately calculate CSA scores.
