On Thursday, September 5, 2019, STC Vice President P. Sean Garney traveled to Conway, Arkansas to present to the Arkansas Trucking Association’s Safety Management Council. The three-hour seminar provided students a detailed review of the new rules including motor carrier-specific requirements, driver responsibilities, consent requirements, and important carrier policy, procedures and training considerations.
