On Thursday, June 27, 2019, STC President & CEO Dave Osiecki will present “FMCSA Compliance Reviews in an ELD World” at the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association (PMTA) Summer Training Seminar in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The new course covers the ins and outs of FMCSA’s compliance review/audit process and focuses on how FMCSA and State investigators audit electronic logging device records for compliance with the daily driving limit, the daily & weekly work limits and for record falsification, among other topics of interest.
