Scopelitis Transportation Consulting’s Dave Osiecki and P. Sean Garney teamed up in June to explain the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s new Crash Preventability Determination Program. The program, which expands upon FMCSA pilot program that ended last fall, allows carriers and drivers to ask FMCSA to review crashes meeting strict criteria and label them not-preventable.
