STC recently spoke with Deborah Lockridge of Heavy Duty Trucking about FMCSA’s new proposed rule outlining steps State Driver’s License Agencies should take based on information found in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. STC staff explained the importance of SDLA participation in the Clearinghouse to fully close the testing loophole and clarified some of the proposed changes.
