STC President Dave Osiecki recently commented to Heavy Duty Trucking about the possible effects of a recent Biden Administration Executive Order (EO) on Regulatory initiatives. Osiecki relayed that the EO signified an ending to the previous administration’s de-regulatory efforts, and predicted that the EO’s revised approach to cost-benefit analyses will increase the benefits side of the equation, and result in more stringent safety and environmental regulations impacting trucking.”
