STC President Dave Osiecki recently joined FreightWaves to discuss the issue of document retention in light of recent cyber attacks on UPS and Norfolk Southern. Osiecki commented that carriers still have to take reasonable measures to maintain records in a secure location and must continually monitor 3rd party agencies if they are being used in such a role.
