STC President Dave Osiecki recently joined FreightWaves to discuss the viability of the hair-based drug testing proposal that was published by FMCSA last September. Osiecki commented that he wouldn’t be surprised if the proposal goes no further or is changed from its current wording by HHS since the Biden administration is going to be more closely aligned to labor concerns- who oppose it.
