STC President Dave Osiecki’s recent analysis of the January FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse statistics were included in a DATAC article. Osiecki said that the number of drivers being evaluated and completing the return-to-work process has continued to slowly rise over the last few months, but that it’s also clear many have not entered treatment and likely have left the industry.
