STC recently surveyed STC webinar participants on how they plan to use the Clearinghouse, and their experience thus far. Here’s what we found:
- Only 35% have conducted a limited query thus far
- 73% are planning on running limited queries on their drivers only once per year
- Only 10% are planning on requesting limited queries quarterly or more frequently
- 80% of participants reported no hiring delays because of the Clearinghouse
