On January 26, 2021, STC Vice President P. Sean Garney joined “DriverReach Chats” to discuss the FMCSA’s Proposed Rulemaking to eliminate the annual record of violations requirement. Garney argues that the record of violation requirement is an unnecessary and redundant paper chase which is duplicitous of the current annual MVR requirement.
