Did You Know? On Sept. 1, 2020, the USDOT issued and authorized use of a new Federal Drug Testing Custody & Control Form (CCF) that includes a new field for driver CDL information, information which is required under Clearinghouse rules. The ‘old’ CCF can be used through August 2021, at which time all regulated entities must use the new CCF.
